* In In re Valenite Inc., the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board held that website printouts were acceptable specimens. (Serial No. 76482852).
* A New York Federal Judge ruled that music files downloads are not subject to performance royalties under copyright law. No. 41-1395, 2007 WL 1346568 (S.D.N.Y. Apr. 25, 2007).
