Pamela C. Gavin, Esq.- Managing Member
Pamela
C. Gavin's practice focuses in Intellectual Property and Entertainment Law, as
well as in general business matters.
She has extensive experience in U.S. and international trademark
registration and enforcement, entertainment/music law, as well wide ranging
experience in copyright registration and enforcement, Internet, domain name and
e-commerce issues, technology development and licensing, technology transfer,
software and related agreements, website development, deployment and compliance
review.
Ms.
Gavin began her legal career by practicing for over ten years at two
"mega" firms - McGuireWoods LLP, and ReedSmith, LLP where she was a
member of the Corporate and Intellectual Property practice groups of each. She
was also a member of McGuireWoods' Technology and Venture Capital team, and
ReedSmith's Media and Entertainment team and Marketing and Advertising team.
